Crossing Signal Does Not Work

The crossing signal at Virgil and Hertel has not been functional for some time. It is constantly on do not walk, no matter what the corresponding traffic lights are doing. This is a busy intersection and can be dangerous because you cannot see the traffic lights on Hertel when you are walking west at this intersection.
